KTM SX85 – Stage 2 Package

Our Stage 2 package is designed to maximise efficiency and power output across the full rev range while retaining reliability on premium pump fuel.

Package includes:

• Modified Cylinder Head – revised volume and squish for optimal combustion pressure.
• Ported Cylinder – revised port timing to increase overall power without detriment to bottom-end performance.
• Carburetor Modification – custom multi-taper machining for improved atomisation and throttle response.
• GET CDI with Custom Mapping – ignition curve developed specifically for this setup.
• DOMA Full Exhaust System – optimised for flow and resonance to complement port timing.

Performance:

This setup delivers gains from low rpm through to peak, with a measured increase of 3–4 hp at maximum output compared to stock. The result is a broader, more effective powerband suited to competitive racing.

Fuel Options:

The package is calibrated for premium pump fuel, but alternative mapping and setup revisions are available for customers running race fuel.

Build Options:

Customers must select whether their bike is being built at VRD HQ or if they will be sending parts in for modification.
