Triumph TF 250-X Stage 2 Engine Package

Our VRD Stage 2 package for the Triumph TF 250-X is a complete engine development package designed to improve power, throttle response and overall performance.

The cylinder head is fully ported and re-profiled, with epoxy work used where required to optimise the intake tract and improve airflow. We then fit our custom VRD race piston, developed specifically for this engine package.

A key part of the Stage 2 package is our VRD secondary injector kit, supplied with a custom high-flow air filter cage to support the increased airflow and fuelling demands of the modified engine.

Engine management is handled by a GET SX1 Pro ECU, with the complete package custom mapped on the dyno to suit the engine specification. We also have dedicated race fuel mapping available for VP Racing MR12, MR PRO 6 and MOTO R.

For improved reliability we also fit our VRD manual cam-chain tensioner.

The package price includes all labour to strip and rebuild the engine, fit the secondary injector kit and complete the final setup, along with all required piston components, gaskets and seals. The bike is returned fully assembled, mapped and ready to ride.

Stage 2 package includes: cylinder-head porting and epoxy re-profiling, custom VRD race piston, VRD secondary injector kit, high-flow air-filter cage, GET SX1 Pro ECU, custom dyno mapping, race fuel mapping options, VRD manual cam-chain tensioner, all required gaskets and seals, full strip/rebuild labour and injector-kit installation.
