Developed through precise CNC machining from high-strength billet steel, the VRD Motorsport KTM Group 250/350 exhaust flanges are designed to optimize exhaust gas dynamics for superior throttle response and midrange torque.

The flange’s internal geometry features a flow-optimized transition that perfectly aligns with the cylinder exhaust port, eliminating step changes and turbulence that can cause pressure wave disruption. This smooth taper and port match reduce exhaust gas reversion — minimizing backflow during valve overlap — while increasing exhaust port velocity for more efficient scavenging.
