At the heart of the kit is a custom-made lightweight conrod, designed with durability and performance in mind. Featuring both big-end and small-end bearings, this setup improves reliability under high load while reducing rotating mass for sharper throttle response.

The conrod is 4mm longer than OEM, paired with a 4mm barrel lift spacer plate, maintaining correct geometry while enhancing engine characteristics. To ensure seamless compatibility, the kit includes two precision gaskets to retain the OEM piston position, allowing you to continue using the standard piston without compromise.

Attention to detail sets this kit apart. A custom powervalve arm is included to preserve correct valve timing and operating angle, even with the altered cylinder height. Alongside this, a bespoke powervalve cover compensates for the raised barrel, ensuring proper fitment and function throughout.
